Provo Canyon

On Saturday May 29, 2010 Travis and I went up Provo Canyon and took pictures! We had so much fun. I had never been to any of the parks up there before. It was so pretty and we had so much fun! We went and climbed some fake rocks, took pictures by the freezing cold river, found a cute little bridge where we took pictures at. We went and walked by bridal vail falls. It was super pretty. I had so much fun with Travis. I love taking pictures with him and doing things we've never done before! :)

Travis's 19th Birthday!

Travis turned 19 on May 28, 2010. The plan for the day was to go up to Salt Lake with two of our friends Kalie and Taylor and go to dinner and the aquarium up there. But I had been sick for a couple of weeks and I ended up feeling worse on his birthday so Travis decided we would just go another time. Which of course I felt horrible because we had been planning it for over a month and we ended up not even going up! I did end up taking him to the mall to eat at Red Robin and bought him two pairs of new shorts, Rundown (the movie), and a really nice longboard which he picked out a couple of weeks ago.

Travis and his battle wounds

Travis's birthday was on the 28th of May. I got him a really nice longboard which just a couple days later my poor Travis went down dead mans hill and wrecked about 1/4 of the way down. Poor thing! I had to take him to the E.R. Which took forever because he wouldn't let me take him. So I had to end up calling his mother and have her talk him into it. We were at the E.R. for about 2 to 3 hours. Where my parents and then his parents showed up. He got road rash on his shoulder down to his hip. And had to get 6 stitches on his elbow where he lost a lot of skin and blood. Traivs was suppose to get stitches on his knee too but they couldn't pull the skin together. So they cleaned him up and wrapped his hand, knee and elbow up. It was very scary! Then I had to leave him for about five hours while I went to work. But I called him like every two seconds to make sure he was okay! I'm just happy he is okay. He luckily protected his head with his banged up arm so it could have been a lot worse. I just hope nothing like this ever happens again!

Playin Outside

On Saturday May 8th, 2010. Me, Travis, Kami, Kanyon, Kaleb, Kaden and Kyler went and had a great time playing out side! We played with chalk, drew pictures, traced each other, took pictures, the boys threw a football around, Kaleb got to a paintball and it got all over his hand. And he tried to lick it off! We had a lot of fun. It great to make memories with your family:)

Travis got his Eagle!

About a year ago Travis earned his Eagle! And on April 21, 2010 he had his Eagle court of Honor. I am so proud of Travis! He earned his Eagle all on his own. With no help from his parents! :) I am so happy for him.

During his Eagle Court of Honor, I was trying to get some good pictures for him. But every time I took a picture his bishop or someone else got in the way. It was very frusterating! I even moved around the church to different seats and I even stood to try and get good pictures and people still managed to stand right in front of me right when I took the pictures. Plus I was on the front row! But I still had a good time. Someone Travis knows even made Travis a really cool pen that's made out of wood and has his name on it. It was a pretty awesome pen. Travis was pretty stoked about it.

My 19th Birthday!

On Thursday, April 22, 2010 I turned 19 years old! I had a lot of fun. Travis and I went to the Lifehouse and Chris Daughtry Concert. We really just went to see Lifehouse but then we figured out the concert was really for Chris Daughtry, CAVO and Lifehouse just opened for him. But it was still a really good concert. I'm completly in love with Lifehouse! They are amazing!Travis also bought me a Lifehouse shirt. Which costed $40!!! I know outragious! The day was pretty funny though, we left Payson at 3 o'clock to get up in Salt Lake to find The E Center, which is where the concert was. So we get up there and find the building. It kind of looked dead, but I didn't question it because we were up there really early. So we went and got gas and went and ate at Sizzlers. While we were waiting for our food we made plans to go walk around the Salt Lake Temple grounds then go to the Gateway mall if we had time cause Travis has never been there before. Well of course Travis' food took forever and while we were eating Travis figured out that The E Center and The Energy Solution Center are two seperate buildings! Which we didn't know that at first because his dad told us they were the same building! So we never did get to go to the temple or the mall. Travis had to hurry and finish his food so we could try and find the building. By the time we found the building Travis noticed he didn't have any money so we had to go find a bank! And by the time we got back to The E Center and parked we got to the doors as soon as they opened. So it was pretty good timing! :)
Chris Daughtry
Chris Daugthry was singing and I took the picture at the perfect time right when the lights flashed so you could see the entire crowed. It was awesome!

Jason Wade, the lead singer to Lifehouse came out and sang a song with Chris Daughtry. I took the picture again at the perfect time when Jason and Chris were hugging. Haha another awesome picture!

Coloring Easter Eggs!

On March 31, 2010 I went down to Curtis and Kamis and colored easter eggs with my nephews! I made a really cool rainbow easter egg. And Kanyon loved putting faces on the easter eggs.
It was a lot of fun, but coloring easter eggs goes by way too fast! We had colored all of the eggs before we knew it. And that's when Kanyon decided to put faces on all the eggs. curtis made an egg with a face on it and a tail on the other side of it. He was quite proud of himself!
