I told you there would be more!

On July 22, 2010 Travis and I went with my mom and took more engagement pictures. We had a lot of fun. And took exactly 400 pictures! I know a lot right!? But it didn't seem like it took that long. We went and took some pictures in some weeds. And then by the train on the side of the freeway lol. Then we went and took some pictures on main street. These are some of my favorite pictures! We tried to go to the Mapleton red barn but couldn't find it anywhere!!! So we went and took some pictures by some cool doors by the Mapleton park. It was a blast, thanks mom, love ya!

I keep falling more and more in love!

I wake up this morning so happy that I don't have to work. I get on my computer, go to Facebook, and I see that I have an email. I go to look at it and I see that it's from my fiance:) I open it up and it reads,

"When it rains it reminds me of you. the way it feels on my skin drives me insane just like the way your touch does. I love the smell of rain, it doesn't compare to how perfect you smell but it smells good. I love the sound and view of a thunder storm it is so pretty but you will always be the most beautiful thing in my eyes. but with everything a storm has most of all I love holding you tight in my arms and kissing your beautiful lips in a storm. I love you Whitney Michelle and I always will. Forever more and all eternity, I love you babe.

Tears fell from my eyes. Something happened that I never thought could. I fell absolutley more in love with him! Which couldn't be possible. He seems to surprise me more and more everyday! I could never ask for a better person to spend the rest of my life and eternity with. I am so in love with Travis! He is the love of my life! :)

More Engagements

On Saturday July 10, 2010 we went with my parents and tooks some engagement pictures at Peteetneet. We had fun. My nephew Kanyon came with and he wanted to be in all the pictures with us. He kept posing and telling us how to pose. He's a cutie!

Hogle Zoo

Last Saturday I went to the Hogle Zoo up in Salt Lake with my family, Curtis' mom, grandma and my fiance! We had a blast! It was really hot, the poor little penguins looked so sad in the heat. Kaleb and I watched the elephant spray water on itself to cool off and take a poop not too far from us. Travis and I got an ice cream cone that could feed a third world country. It was huge! Also the best ice cream cone I've ever had. Kaleb and Kanyon couldn't get enough of it either! Everytime Kaleb wanted some ice cream he would make sure I knew. He would bounce up and down grunting until he got what he wanted! He's adorable!

And at the end of the day we were packing everyone up to leave and in the Keigs car they don't have air conditioning so I put Kaleb in Travis' Mazda with me and turned the air conditioning on full blast while he played with the radio. Kanyon also wanted to cool off so he jumped in the drives seat and put the air on him while he pretended to drive. I love my nephews they are adorable. The zoo was a blast. And it was the first time I went to the zoo with my fiance! :) Great Times! :)

On June 25, 2010 Rebekah Black (one of mine and Travs friends) took some engagement pictures for us. We had a lot of fun. We went to the court house in Provo, the state hospital, some orchards. We took these pictures in 100 degree weather! It was very hot!!!

This is just some of the many engagement pictures that will be posted through the next couple months. I have a lot of family and friends that want more photography experience. We still have 4 more sessions! Crazy right!? We are going to have a lot of pictures to choose from. I'm pretty excited! :) So stay tuned for more of our engagement pictures. We have two shoots on the 10th. One from my friend and the other from Travis' sister Sephi. So that should be fun:) And then I have my parents and my friend Ceason. But I don't know when those two will be. So stay tuned for more :)

I'm Engaged!!!!

On Friday June 18, 2010 at 5:00 p.m. Travis and I were going down arrowhead trail on our way to his brothers house in Spanish Fork. Well Travis was going 50 in a 40 and we got pulled over. Of course! I was super mad because I told Travis if he gets pulled over and gets a ticket one more time he was going to be in big trouble! Well the cop came up and got his license and registration and everything and told us to hang tight for a minute and he would be right back. Well the cop came back and asked Travis to step out of the car. And Travis was like "um okay, what's wrong?" And the cop said "Well did you know that you have a warrant out for your arrest?" And Travis said "What no!" As the cop turned Travis around and put handcuffs on him and told me he would be right back. So I was waiting in the car patiently... Okay, I lied, I was freaking out! I had no idea what to do. I just sat there watching the cop talk to Travis on the side of the road with his hands cuffed behind his back. So I start to text Jeramy, Travis' brother saying Travis is getting arrested! What do I do!?!? But then the cop came over to my side and asked if I would get of the car. So I start getting out of the car when the cop asked if I would be okay to drive. I told him yes and the cop told me I could go talk to Travis for a minute while he tries to get a hold of his dad to set some bail money up for him. So I walked over to Travis as he is leaning up against the car. And I just stared at him wondering what to do. As he kneels down on one knee, pulled the ring out from behind his back and asked me if I would marry him! Of course I said YES! As I wrapped my arms around him and started to cry my eyes out! I was in complete shock! The cop came out a minute later and I was wiping my tears away when I told him "This isn't even funny!!!" And he was like "Hey I'm just doing what I am told." The cop told us congratulations and then headed back to his car. Then Travis pulled a dozen roses out of his trunk. I love Travis to death! I can't believe I am getting married!!!! September 18th! Exactly 3 months away from when he proposed! You are probably all wondering how this was set up. Well Travis' dad is a cop and he was friends with one of the Salem cops so he asked him to help Travis out. The cop put a voice recorder in Travs pocket. We aren't sure how well it worked in his pocket but we will see in a couple of days. And the cop also recorded it on his dashcam. And he is going to burn it for us and we are going to put it at the end of our slide show we are making for our wedding reception. So if you want to see it you better come. And I better see you all there anyways!

A great day in Salt Lake

On Friday June 4th, 2010 I took Travis and Kaden up to Salt Lake for Travs birthday! I was suppose to take Travis up on his birthday but I was sick and Travis insisted that we go a different day. So we talked Kaden into going with us. It took about two hours to talk him into going but he finally caved! :) I first took them to The Living Planet Aquarium in Sandy. it was fun.... Kind of lol. I think the best part of the Aquarium was the penguins! They were freaking awesome! Two penguins were running after each other slapping each other with their fins. And then the penguins jumped in the water all at the same time. I'm not sure how many their were. I think about 10 but it looked like there were 20 because they swim so fast! It was great! Penguins rock! We also got to pet the stingrays. They felt like sandpaper in some spots and slimy in others. I think without those to animals the aquarium would have been pretty boring. But we still managed to have fun.

After we went to the aquarium we went up to the Gateway Mall because Travis has never been there before! Crazy right!? We ate at Subway and I bought Travis and Kaden a shirt at Pacsun and me a shirt at Hollister. Then we decided to head home but what we didn't realize until we got onto the freeway was that we hit rush hour! It was horrible. We were getting no where! So we decided we would go to Ikea! I had never been there before and we didn't want to drive home during rush hour so we decided to waste some time. We had fun... For a while. until we got lost and it took us, well me!!!!, about an hour to find our way out. Travis thought he had to sit and lay on every couch and bed in the store. And Kaden had to get at least five pencils out of every little dispenser he could find! He ended up with I think 65 pencils!
