Being a bridesmaid

Ceason Dorsey, soon to be Ceason Elder is getting married tomorrow. I have been friends with her sense the tenth grade. She asked me to be a bridesmaid and of course I said yes! I am super excited! But yet, sad at the same time. Ceason is one of my best friends and now she is getting married!!! Things are going to be so different, but I will have to get through it. Well, sense she is getting married tomorrow, I thought one of the things I would get her would be something from my heart, so I wrote her a poem.

The Future You Hold

Our friendship started in science,
the chemistry we had.
Now two years have passed,
and I’m a little sad.
You’re off, you’re getting married,
to the man of your dreams.
To live the life you’ve been waiting for.
A life of joy it seems.

Your heart races with excitement,
the joy and comfort you hold inside.
To share with your loved one,
the man you can confide.
Of course there will be hard times,
but good times there are too.
Just remember my advice
when the hard times blow in,
to sit down by the fire place
and eat ice cream with him.
Ceason, you are one of my best friends.
I will always be here for you.
Just one thing to remember,
the Lord will be there too.

Drama

I'm so sick of all the drama,
How it tears into my life.
It brings out a different side of me,
I know it isn't right.
It makes me want to hide away,
So no one can bother me.
As I wipe away my tears,
That I wish no one could see.
I feel so weak inside,
It's hard to let you in,
Because I know if I do,
The drama will start again.
My heart beats uncontrollably,
As I wish upon the stars,
That everything will get better,
No matter where we are.
I walk down the halls at school,
As so many days I do,
The looks I get break my heart,
I just wish they knew the truth.
No one believes my side of the story,
Which makes me so confused.
He got to them first,
He pulled them in,
Just to make me blew.
I see the way he looks at me,
It's never like before.
My heart races with intensity
I think my life is over!
But what I didn't notice was that I have so many friends,
They are always there for me,
Whenever the drama begins.

The life with my friends

The fun things that can happen with your friends, the memories you make, and the great times you have while making them. So pretty much, I made two really good friends not too long ago, that I would probably already call two of my best friends. I don't know them as well as I could, but I feel like I can trust them with anything and everything. We have so much fun together. Like last night we went to a stomp that was combined with Payson, Salem, and Spanish Fork High Schools. You think it would be a blast right? To tell you the truth it wasn't that great... But having Andrea and Rusti there made it more fun than what was intended. I know I will get to know Andrea and Rusti better which will be great and I can't wait!
Friends are the best thing to have in your life other than family. Because no one wants to be around their family all the time right? Sometimes, well for me, most of the time I need to get away and have some fun! With my friends, we do just that. So pretty much I live in Utah I know, I know Utah is pretty boring especially where I live, but doing random things with my buddies we make it so much fun. Even just sitting around can be fun. It just all depends on how you take it in.
I love my friends. And I'm glad to keep making more. Even though I'm a senior in high school and once I graduate I will probably never see them again. Which I hope never happens. But if it does I want to have as much fun as possible while I'm with them. Make as many memories as possible with them. So when I get old, I will always remember the exciting, exhilarating times we spent together. And of course taking pictures always help keep those memories alive!
